Production Time

You can change the order details (change size, color, quantity) or cancel the order within the first 24 hours.

We typically take about 3-5 business days to make and ship out your product (not including shipping time).

Shipping Time

We only ship orders to Australia, New Zealand and United States through USPS, YunExpress. Shipping time is 8-14 business days.

Tracking Number

You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is dispatched. Please note that it may take 2-5 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. In rare cases, parcels may be lost during transit.

If your tracking number hasn't arrived within the specified time or shows no progress for a week, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately.

VAT Taxes

We do not collect taxes on international shipments. All customs duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. VAT charges differ by country; consult your local customs office for details.

Returns

We do not provide refunds if you change your mind or incorrect sizing. If you are dissatisfied with your choice for any reason you can exchange your goods. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the following condition 

- Unworn 
- Tags attached 
- In original packaging 
- Without perfume or deodorant smells 
- Without makeup or fake tan marks
