The Hula Hut is a custom-shirt studio run from Sydney. We started out selling ready-made Hawaiian shirts and found that what crews really wanted was their own print — the club logo, the boss's face, the family in-joke on every chest.
So that's all we do now: custom Hawaiian shirts and polos for companies, clubs, families and groups across Australia, from 10 pieces per design.
Mockup, print, cut, sew, check.
Every order starts as a free mockup from our design team, revised until you're happy — nothing is printed before you approve it. The design is dye-sublimated into the fabric (so it won't crack or peel), then cut and sewn in our own workshop, checked piece by piece, packed and sent tracked to your door anywhere in Australia.
Production takes 10–12 business days; allow 3–4 weeks all up.
Low minimums, honest pricing, sizes for everyone.
Ten shirts is enough to start. Design is free and revisions are unlimited. Pricing drops as your order grows — A$45 down to A$35 a Hawaiian shirt, A$50 down to A$40 a polo — with no setup fees and nothing hidden. Adult XS–5XL plus kids' sizes, and a reprint if anything's wrong with the print.
