Yes. Quantities pool toward the same volume tier, so 20 shirts plus 15 polos is priced as a 35-piece order.

A$50 each for 10–29 polos, A$45 for 30–59 and A$40 for 60–99. Prices are for all-over print; an embroidered logo is a small extra per polo, quoted with your mockup.

No. Design is free, revisions are unlimited and there are no hidden costs — the per-piece price plus shipping is what you pay.

Yes — on the chest, the back, the pocket or across the whole shirt, in your brand colours. Send a PNG, JPEG, PDF or AI file; vector files (AI, PDF) print sharpest.

Yes. One face or the whole team, scattered across the print or placed on the pocket. Send clear, well-lit photos — we cut out the backgrounds and show you the mockup first.

Pick a ready-to-order design and we'll personalise it with your name, logo or colours — or describe the idea and our designers start from scratch. Either way you get a free mockup.

As many as it takes. We revise the mockup until you're happy, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

Yes, for orders of 50+ shirts: coconut or wooden buttons, branded buttons and custom woven neck labels with your logo.

Yes. Ask when you enquire and we'll sort a sample before the bulk run.

Allow 3–4 weeks from artwork approval to your door — usually about 4 weeks, 3 at the fastest. Production takes 10–12 business days and tracked delivery 5–8; allow up to one extra week in peak season.

There is no separate express tier — every piece is made to order, so the timeline is set by production, not the courier. Tell us your event date and we'll confirm what's realistic. For a work Christmas party, approve your design by mid-November.

Hawaiian shirts are a lightweight 4-way stretch polyester made for the Australian climate — breathable, moisture-wicking and quick-drying. Polos are a premium polyester piqué. Designs are dye-sublimated into the fabric, so they won't crack or peel.

We reprint any item with a manufacturing defect — misprints, colour inconsistencies or construction faults — at no charge. Send photos within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it.

Custom-made items can't be returned for change of mind or sizing — that's why we confirm the mockup and size list with you first and offer size samples. Defective items are reprinted or refunded. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
