A crisp white base sets off a full tropical print of monstera leaves and fine palm fronds in layered teal, seafoam and deep green. Scattered through the foliage are rose-pink and magenta hibiscus blooms, cream frangipani with buttery yellow centres, and white orchids with plum-purple lips. The print runs edge to edge across the front, back, sleeves and collar, so the shirt looks bright and full from every side.
A custom logo repeats across the pattern at slightly different angles. It shows three silhouetted dancers in cowboy hats above a stylised cruise ship on navy waves, framed by a hot-pink hibiscus and teal leaves, with a bold navy and pink wordmark underneath. The logo sits on the chest pocket, the left chest, down both front panels, across the back and on each sleeve. We made this one for a dance cruise getaway, and the same layout works well for a corporate retreat or team trip.
Every shirt is made from Performance Stretch, a lightweight polyester/spandex blend that's wrinkle-free and moisture-wicking. Ideal for active events and outdoor adventures.

How to measure: spread your best-fitting shirt out flat. Length runs from the shoulder point beside the collar to the bottom edge; chest width goes underarm to underarm, buttons done up. No shirt handy? Run a tape round your chest at its widest, add 10–15 cm and halve it — that's the chest width to look for. Questions? Email support@thehulahut.com.au and we'll sort you out.

Between two ages? Go the bigger one — kids shoot up fast and they'll get more wear out of it. Sizes go by age, 2 to 12.

How much do custom Hawaiian shirts cost?
$45 each for 10–29 shirts, $40 for 30–59 and $35 for 60–99 (AUD). Ordering 100+? Contact us for a sharper deal. Free design service, no hidden costs — shipping is calculated at checkout.
What’s the minimum order?
10 shirts per design — mix adult and kids’ sizes within those 10.
How long does it take?
Allow 3–4 weeks from artwork approval to your door — usually about 4 weeks, 3 at the fastest; allow up to 1 extra week in peak season. Production takes 10–12 business days and shipping 5–8, with tracking sent once it ships. There is no separate express tier — tell us your event date and we’ll confirm what’s realistic.
Can I change this design or add my logo?
Yes. Order it as is, or tell us what to change in the notes — your logo, names, faces or colours. Our designers send a free mockup and revise it until you’re happy; nothing is printed until you approve.
What sizes are available?
Unisex XS–5XL (with a chest pocket) and kids 2–12 (no pocket), cut for Australian bodies. Between two sizes? Go up one — nobody tries on before a team order, so a bit of spare room is the safe bet.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes — order 1–2 shirts in different sizes to check the fit across your group before the full run. For orders over 50 shirts we often waive the sample fee. Email support@thehulahut.com.au to arrange one.
Where do you deliver?
Australia-wide, with tracking. Outside Australia? Get in touch with your delivery address and quantity and we’ll let you know what we can arrange.
What if something’s wrong with my order?
Manufacturing defects — misprints, colour inconsistencies or construction faults — are reprinted at no charge. Let us know within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll fast-track the replacements.
