A bright royal blue Hawaiian shirt built around a classic island beach scene, printed edge to edge in white and pale sky-blue line work. Big open hibiscus blooms and small five-petal frangipani sit among leaning coconut palms and monstera leaves, with breaking waves, little sailboats on the water, upright surfboards and halved coconuts with straws scattered through the gaps. The motifs repeat in a loose all-over rhythm across the front, back, sleeves and camp collar, so the pattern flows straight over the shoulder seams with no plain panels anywhere.
Woven into the same repeat is a compact two-line corporate wordmark in clean white sans-serif type, paired with a small chequered emblem of offset white squares in a stepped block, and a short tagline in capitals underneath. The lock-up appears in even rows roughly every hand's width, including neatly on the left chest pocket, so it reads as part of the print rather than a badge stuck on top. Warm brown coconut-shell buttons run down the front placket and add a touch of contrast against the blue. It was made for a member-owned bank hosting a beach-theme staff party, and the mood is relaxed and social while still looking tidy enough for a company group photo.
Every shirt is made from Performance Stretch, a lightweight polyester/spandex blend that is wrinkle-free and moisture-wicking, ideal for active events and outdoor adventures.

How to measure: spread your best-fitting shirt out flat. Length runs from the shoulder point beside the collar to the bottom edge; chest width goes underarm to underarm, buttons done up. Between two ages? Go the bigger one — kids shoot up fast and they'll get more wear out of it. Sizes go by age, 2 to 12.

How much do custom Hawaiian shirts cost?
$45 each for 10–29 shirts, $40 for 30–59 and $35 for 60–99 (AUD). Ordering 100+? Contact us for a sharper deal. Free design service, no hidden costs — shipping is calculated at checkout.
What’s the minimum order?
10 shirts per design — mix adult and kids’ sizes within those 10.
How long does it take?
Allow 3–4 weeks from artwork approval to your door — usually about 4 weeks, 3 at the fastest; allow up to 1 extra week in peak season. Production takes 10–12 business days and shipping 5–8, with tracking sent once it ships. There is no separate express tier — tell us your event date and we’ll confirm what’s realistic.
Can I change this design or add my logo?
Yes. Order it as is, or tell us what to change in the notes — your logo, names, faces or colours. Our designers send a free mockup and revise it until you’re happy; nothing is printed until you approve.
What sizes are available?
Unisex XS–5XL (with a chest pocket) and kids 2–12 (no pocket), cut for Australian bodies. Between two sizes? Go up one — nobody tries on before a team order, so a bit of spare room is the safe bet.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes — order 1–2 shirts in different sizes to check the fit across your group before the full run. For orders over 50 shirts we often waive the sample fee. Email support@thehulahut.com.au to arrange one.
Where do you deliver?
Australia-wide, with tracking. Outside Australia? Get in touch with your delivery address and quantity and we’ll let you know what we can arrange.
What if something’s wrong with my order?
Manufacturing defects — misprints, colour inconsistencies or construction faults — are reprinted at no charge. Let us know within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll fast-track the replacements.
