A soft cream base carries an all-over tropical pattern built around peacocks in full display. Each bird has a deep royal blue neck and breast, a small crest, and a long trailing tail of teal and olive-green plumes dotted with blue and gold eye markings. The peacocks repeat in staggered rows across the front, back and sleeves, with tails fanning down through the pattern so the shirt reads as a continuous garden scene rather than separate blocks of print.
Between the birds sit white hibiscus and frangipani blooms with pale yellow centres, split-leaf monstera in muted green, and dried gold palm fronds and long peacock feathers filling the gaps. Scattered evenly through the design is a gold milestone numeral in a flowing script with a curled tail, appearing across the chest, sleeves, back and around the collar stand, including a larger version above the left chest pocket. The buttons are warm brown, matching the vintage-botanical, celebratory feel of a milestone birthday gathering.
Every shirt is made from Performance Stretch, a lightweight polyester/spandex blend that is wrinkle-free and moisture-wicking, ideal for active events and outdoor adventures.

How to measure: spread your best-fitting shirt out flat. Length runs from the shoulder point beside the collar to the bottom edge; chest width goes underarm to underarm, buttons done up. No shirt handy? Run a tape round your chest at its widest, add 10–15 cm and halve it — that's the chest width to look for. Questions? Email support@thehulahut.com.au and we'll sort you out.

Between two ages? Go the bigger one — kids shoot up fast and they'll get more wear out of it. Sizes go by age, 2 to 12.

How much do custom Hawaiian shirts cost?
$45 each for 10–29 shirts, $40 for 30–59 and $35 for 60–99 (AUD). Ordering 100+? Contact us for a sharper deal. Free design service, no hidden costs — shipping is calculated at checkout.
What’s the minimum order?
10 shirts per design — mix adult and kids’ sizes within those 10.
How long does it take?
Allow 3–4 weeks from artwork approval to your door — usually about 4 weeks, 3 at the fastest; allow up to 1 extra week in peak season. Production takes 10–12 business days and shipping 5–8, with tracking sent once it ships. There is no separate express tier — tell us your event date and we’ll confirm what’s realistic.
Can I change this design or add my logo?
Yes. Order it as is, or tell us what to change in the notes — your logo, names, faces or colours. Our designers send a free mockup and revise it until you’re happy; nothing is printed until you approve.
What sizes are available?
Unisex XS–5XL (with a chest pocket) and kids 2–12 (no pocket), cut for Australian bodies. Between two sizes? Go up one — nobody tries on before a team order, so a bit of spare room is the safe bet.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes — order 1–2 shirts in different sizes to check the fit across your group before the full run. For orders over 50 shirts we often waive the sample fee. Email support@thehulahut.com.au to arrange one.
Where do you deliver?
Australia-wide, with tracking. Outside Australia? Get in touch with your delivery address and quantity and we’ll let you know what we can arrange.
What if something’s wrong with my order?
Manufacturing defects — misprints, colour inconsistencies or construction faults — are reprinted at no charge. Let us know within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll fast-track the replacements.
