This shirt has a muted slate-teal base, printed all over with bright red offshore support vessels heading through the water. Each ship has a white superstructure, a tall crane rising from the deck, stacked orange cargo and lifeboats, and a helideck at the bow. White wake curls around every hull. The ships repeat in diagonal rows across the front, back, sleeves and collar. Each scene sits against a soft orange sunset glow, with small sandy islands and palm trees behind it and a curling white wave breaking beside it.
Clusters of red and orange hibiscus with green leaves fill the gaps between the ships, along with orange bird-of-paradise blooms and small white clouds. A wordmark in bold block letters appears on each hull and is repeated in white and red across the background. A small cream luggage-tag style label edged with tropical leaves also repeats through the pattern. The chest pocket on the left side is printed to match the body, so the pattern carries on unbroken. This design was made for a shipping company's corporate retreat. It mixes the crew's working fleet with a holiday feel.
Every shirt is made from Performance Stretch, a lightweight polyester/spandex blend that's wrinkle-free and moisture-wicking. It's ideal for active events and outdoor adventures.

How to measure: spread your best-fitting shirt out flat. Length runs from the shoulder point beside the collar to the bottom edge; chest width goes underarm to underarm, buttons done up. Between two ages? Go the bigger one — kids shoot up fast and they'll get more wear out of it. Sizes go by age, 2 to 12.

How much do custom Hawaiian shirts cost?
$45 each for 10–29 shirts, $40 for 30–59 and $35 for 60–99 (AUD). Ordering 100+? Contact us for a sharper deal. Free design service, no hidden costs — shipping is calculated at checkout.
What’s the minimum order?
10 shirts per design — mix adult and kids’ sizes within those 10.
How long does it take?
Allow 3–4 weeks from artwork approval to your door — usually about 4 weeks, 3 at the fastest; allow up to 1 extra week in peak season. Production takes 10–12 business days and shipping 5–8, with tracking sent once it ships. There is no separate express tier — tell us your event date and we’ll confirm what’s realistic.
Can I change this design or add my logo?
Yes. Order it as is, or tell us what to change in the notes — your logo, names, faces or colours. Our designers send a free mockup and revise it until you’re happy; nothing is printed until you approve.
What sizes are available?
Unisex XS–5XL (with a chest pocket) and kids 2–12 (no pocket), cut for Australian bodies. Between two sizes? Go up one — nobody tries on before a team order, so a bit of spare room is the safe bet.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes — order 1–2 shirts in different sizes to check the fit across your group before the full run. For orders over 50 shirts we often waive the sample fee. Email support@thehulahut.com.au to arrange one.
Where do you deliver?
Australia-wide, with tracking. Outside Australia? Get in touch with your delivery address and quantity and we’ll let you know what we can arrange.
What if something’s wrong with my order?
Manufacturing defects — misprints, colour inconsistencies or construction faults — are reprinted at no charge. Let us know within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll fast-track the replacements.
