A cream-based all-over print built around country music and caravan life, drawn in a bright, storybook illustration style with heavy outlines. Vintage teardrop caravans in pink, teal and white sit alongside a peace-sign kombi van loaded with luggage, blue folding camp chairs, crackling campfires, red and amber kerosene lanterns and chrome vintage microphones. Between them are acoustic guitars and banjos with decorative rosettes, tooled leather cowboy boots, wide-brim felt hats, lucky horseshoes, tall green cacti, monstera and palm fronds, gum trees and desert sunsets over purple mesas. The motifs scatter edge to edge at a mixed scale with no strict grid, so the print reads busy and cheerful from a distance and rewards a closer look.
Two recurring emblems break up the scatter: a hand-lettered script badge in red and teal with a small starburst underneath, and a wooden four-arm signpost with painted teal, pink and cream boards pointing in different directions. Red hibiscus blooms and small yellow frangipani flowers drop warm accent colour through the pattern, and the print carries right across the collar, the chest pocket, the sleeves and the full back panel with the pocket cut to line up with the pattern behind it. It was made for a group heading to a country music festival together, so the whole thing has a road-trip, campground, boots-and-banjo mood.
Every shirt is made from Performance Stretch, a lightweight polyester/spandex blend that is wrinkle-free and moisture-wicking, ideal for active events and outdoor adventures.

How to measure: spread your best-fitting shirt out flat. Length runs from the shoulder point beside the collar to the bottom edge; chest width goes underarm to underarm, buttons done up. No shirt handy? Run a tape round your chest at its widest, add 10–15 cm and halve it — that's the chest width to look for. Questions? Email support@thehulahut.com.au and we'll sort you out.

Between two ages? Go the bigger one — kids shoot up fast and they'll get more wear out of it. Sizes go by age, 2 to 12.

How much do custom Hawaiian shirts cost?
$45 each for 10–29 shirts, $40 for 30–59 and $35 for 60–99 (AUD). Ordering 100+? Contact us for a sharper deal. Free design service, no hidden costs — shipping is calculated at checkout.
What’s the minimum order?
10 shirts per design — mix adult and kids’ sizes within those 10.
How long does it take?
Allow 3–4 weeks from artwork approval to your door — usually about 4 weeks, 3 at the fastest; allow up to 1 extra week in peak season. Production takes 10–12 business days and shipping 5–8, with tracking sent once it ships. There is no separate express tier — tell us your event date and we’ll confirm what’s realistic.
Can I change this design or add my logo?
Yes. Order it as is, or tell us what to change in the notes — your logo, names, faces or colours. Our designers send a free mockup and revise it until you’re happy; nothing is printed until you approve.
What sizes are available?
Unisex XS–5XL (with a chest pocket) and kids 2–12 (no pocket), cut for Australian bodies. Between two sizes? Go up one — nobody tries on before a team order, so a bit of spare room is the safe bet.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes — order 1–2 shirts in different sizes to check the fit across your group before the full run. For orders over 50 shirts we often waive the sample fee. Email support@thehulahut.com.au to arrange one.
Where do you deliver?
Australia-wide, with tracking. Outside Australia? Get in touch with your delivery address and quantity and we’ll let you know what we can arrange.
What if something’s wrong with my order?
Manufacturing defects — misprints, colour inconsistencies or construction faults — are reprinted at no charge. Let us know within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll fast-track the replacements.
