A deep navy blue base carries an all-over print of sulphur-crested cockatoos, each one perched on a slim gum branch with its bright yellow crest raised. The birds are painted in soft white with fine feather detail and dark eye patches, and they repeat in a steady half-drop rhythm across the front, back, sleeves and collar so the pattern reads as one continuous field rather than a scattered placement.
Between the birds sit slender olive and forest green eucalyptus leaves and small clusters of grey-green gum nuts, breaking up the navy without crowding the design. Centred high on the back, just below the collar, is a single line-drawn cockatoo emblem in white — the same perched bird reduced to clean outline strokes — sitting above a small set of roman numerals in matching white. The front is left clean with no pocket, so the print runs uninterrupted, and coconut-brown buttons finish the placket.
