Production takes 10–12 business days and shipping 5–8, with tracking sent once it ships. There is no separate express tier — tell us your event date and we’ll confirm what’s realistic.

Yes. Order it as is, or tell us what to change in the notes — your logo, names or colours. Our designers send a custom mockup within 2 business days and revise until you’re happy (the first two rounds are free); nothing is printed until you approve.

Unisex XS–5XL, a semi-fitted women’s cut WXS–W5XL and kids 2–12. There’s no 2XS. Check the size chart before choosing.

Yes — an embroidered logo or text on the left chest for a small extra per polo. Mention it in the notes and we’ll include it in your mockup; larger or multi-position embroidery is quoted separately.

Yes — order 1–2 shirts in different sizes to check the fit across your group before the full run. For orders over 50 shirts we often waive the sample fee. Email support@thehulahut.com.au to arrange one.

Manufacturing defects — misprints, colour inconsistencies or construction faults — are reprinted at no charge. Let us know within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll fast-track the replacements.
