We offer two premium piqué options:

Polyester Piqué — a lightweight, moisture-wicking fabric that's ideal for golf, sport and active corporate wear.

Cotton-Poly Blend Piqué (65% polyester / 35% cotton) — a softer, more natural hand-feel while keeping its moisture-wicking properties. Both fabrics are machine washable.

We use all-over dye-sublimation printing, which infuses the ink directly into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. This covers the entire polo – front, back, sleeves and collar – with no colour limitations and prints that stay vibrant wash after wash.

Our adult polos come in a unisex cut from 2XS to 6XL, with kids sizes from age 2 through 16. Unisex sizing runs about one size smaller than typical men's sizing, so we recommend sizing up if in doubt. View our detailed size chart here: https://thehulahut.com.au/pages/polo-size-guide

Yes. We can add an embroidered logo or text on the left chest for a small additional cost per polo. Need a larger or multi-position embroidery? Just let us know and we'll quote it separately.

Our standard turnaround is around 4 weeks from design approval to delivery, including production and shipping within Australia. An express option of about 3 weeks is available on request. We'll always confirm realistic timelines upfront and send tracking once your order ships.

Send us your enquiry and our design team creates a custom mockup within 2 business days. You can request changes – we'll revise until you're happy, at no extra cost for the first two rounds. Once you approve the final design, we confirm your order and start production after your size list and deposit are received.

We stand behind our quality. If there's a print defect, colour mismatch or any manufacturing issue, we'll reprint the affected items or issue a refund – no questions asked. Simply notify us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
