Unisex / Men
Standard polo cut
Hangs straight, no waist shaping, regular polo length — a touch narrower across the chest than our Hawaiian shirts. XS through to 5XL, plus kids 2 to 12.
Women
Shorter, more shaped
Sits closer to the body — shorter, and nipped in a touch at the waist. WXS through to W5XL.
Ordering women's polos?
They're a different cut, not just shorter: roughly 7.5–13 cm less length than the matching unisex size and, from S upwards, about 1–2.5 cm less across the chest. Kitting out a mixed group and not certain? Stick with unisex.

Sizes go by age. Between two? Go the bigger one — they'll grow into it.
How to measure
Easiest way: lay your best-fitting polo out flat and measure it like we do.

Length — shoulder point beside the collar to the bottom edge.

Chest width — smooth out any creases, then go underarm to underarm.
No polo handy? Run a tape round your chest at its widest, add 10–15 cm and halve it — that's the chest width to look for.

How much do custom polo shirts cost?

What's the minimum order?
10 polos per design. Mix unisex, women's and kids' sizes within those 10.
Print or embroidery — which should I choose?
Both work. All-over dye-sublimation prints your design across the whole polo — front, back and sleeves — and won't crack or peel. Embroidery stitches a logo or name on the left chest for a classic uniform look. Many clubs do both: a printed design with an embroidered club badge.
Can you do polos for a golf day or club?
Yes — golf days, club rounds and tournaments are some of our most common polo orders. Club logo on the chest, sponsor on the sleeve, mixed sizes across the field, from 10 polos.
How long does it take?
Allow 3–4 weeks from design approval to delivery — usually about 4 weeks, 3 at the fastest. Production takes 10–12 business days and tracked delivery 5–8. There is no separate express tier, so tell us your event date and we'll confirm what's realistic.
What sizes do you offer?
Unisex XS–5XL, a semi-fitted women's cut WXS–W5XL, and kids 2–12. Between two sizes? Go up one. Full charts are in the size guide on this page.
What fabric are the polos?
Premium polyester piqué — lightweight, moisture-wicking and quick-drying, so it holds its shape through a round of golf or a day on site.
Can I see the design before you make it?
Always. You'll get a free mockup to approve and we revise it until you're happy — nothing is stitched or printed until you say go.
What if something's wrong with my order?
We reprint any polo with a manufacturing defect — print faults, colour inconsistencies or construction issues — at no charge. Send photos within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made polos can't be returned for change of mind or sizing, which is why we check the mockup and sizes with you first. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
