This all-over-printed Hawaiian shirt sits on a soft periwinkle blue base, packed with a cheerful tropical pattern. Golden pineapples with spiky green crowns, bunches of bright yellow bananas, frothy beer mugs and small white cruise ships riding blue waves are scattered across the front, back, sleeves and collar. Pink hibiscus blooms, green sugarcane stalks and long tropical leaves fill the gaps, so every motif sits in its own little cluster of greenery.
Cut-out photo faces of the party crew are set throughout the print. Some are grinning, some pull faces with tongues out, and they peek out from between the pineapples and bananas, including one on the chest pocket. A short wordmark in rounded, hand-lettered blue type repeats across the whole shirt. Across the upper back, a large navy headline in chunky, rounded capitals sits over two lines and gives the back a bold centrepiece. It was made for a bucks party crew who wanted something funny, loud and easy to spot in a crowd.
Every shirt is made from Performance Stretch, a lightweight polyester/spandex blend that's wrinkle-free and moisture-wicking. It suits active events and outdoor adventures.

How to measure: spread your best-fitting shirt out flat. Length runs from the shoulder point beside the collar to the bottom edge; chest width goes underarm to underarm, buttons done up. No shirt handy? Run a tape round your chest at its widest, add 10–15 cm and halve it — that's the chest width to look for. Questions? Email support@thehulahut.com.au and we'll sort you out.

Between two ages? Go the bigger one — kids shoot up fast and they'll get more wear out of it. Sizes go by age, 2 to 12.

How much do custom Hawaiian shirts cost?
$45 each for 10–29 shirts, $40 for 30–59 and $35 for 60–99 (AUD). Ordering 100+? Contact us for a sharper deal. Free design service, no hidden costs — shipping is calculated at checkout.
What’s the minimum order?
10 shirts per design — mix adult and kids’ sizes within those 10.
How long does it take?
Allow 3–4 weeks from artwork approval to your door — usually about 4 weeks, 3 at the fastest; allow up to 1 extra week in peak season. Production takes 10–12 business days and shipping 5–8, with tracking sent once it ships. There is no separate express tier — tell us your event date and we’ll confirm what’s realistic.
Can I change this design or add my logo?
Yes. Order it as is, or tell us what to change in the notes — your logo, names, faces or colours. Our designers send a free mockup and revise it until you’re happy; nothing is printed until you approve.
What sizes are available?
Unisex XS–5XL (with a chest pocket) and kids 2–12 (no pocket), cut for Australian bodies. Between two sizes? Go up one — nobody tries on before a team order, so a bit of spare room is the safe bet.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes — order 1–2 shirts in different sizes to check the fit across your group before the full run. For orders over 50 shirts we often waive the sample fee. Email support@thehulahut.com.au to arrange one.
Where do you deliver?
Australia-wide, with tracking. Outside Australia? Get in touch with your delivery address and quantity and we’ll let you know what we can arrange.
What if something’s wrong with my order?
Manufacturing defects — misprints, colour inconsistencies or construction faults — are reprinted at no charge. Let us know within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll fast-track the replacements.
